  • Start by roasting the peanuts. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet and roast them for about 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown. Allow them to cool and remove the skins by rubbing them with your hands.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted peanuts, garlic cloves, shallots, and red chili peppers. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
